Client Responsibilities

Payment Terms

All fees for services are agreed upon in advance and outlined in your service agreement. Payment is due as specified in that agreement. We reserve the right to pause or suspend service delivery for accounts with outstanding unpaid balances. All fees are quoted and payable in United States Dollars (USD).

We reserve the right to adjust our service rates with reasonable advance notice. Rate changes will not apply to services already agreed upon and in progress under an existing service agreement unless mutually agreed upon in writing.

Cancellation Terms

Either party may terminate a service arrangement with written notice. We request a minimum of five (5) business days' notice from clients prior to the next billing cycle. Cancellation of services does not entitle the client to a refund for services already rendered or for a billing period that has already commenced. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Black Hills Virtual Assistant Co. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our website or services, including but not limited to loss of revenue, loss of data, loss of business opportunity, or reputational harm.

Our total liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to our services shall not exceed the total amount paid by you to us in the three (3) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Disclaimer of Warranties
